Product Description
The Mamasa Coffee Bean is a remarkable specialty coffee originating from the highlands of Mamasa, West Sulawesi — a region neighboring the famous Toraja mountains.
Grown at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,400 meters above sea level, this coffee thrives in volcanic soil, cool temperatures, and misty mountain air, resulting in an exceptionally clean cup profile with vibrant acidity and complex aroma.
Using the Full Washed process, our Mamasa coffee is carefully pulped, fermented, and sun-dried under controlled conditions to produce consistent quality, clarity, and balance in every bean.
