Coffee Bean – Dempo

Product Description

The Dempo Coffee Bean originates from the lush highlands of Mount Dempo, located near Palembang, South Sumatra — one of Indonesia’s most fertile volcanic regions.
Cultivated at elevations between 800 to 1,600 meters above sea level (MASL), these beans develop a balanced flavor profile characterized by medium acidity, full body, and a rich, earthy aroma.

Our Dempo coffee reflects the harmony of tropical climate, fertile volcanic soil, and traditional cultivation methods passed down through generations of local farmers. It is a true representation of South Sumatra’s coffee excellence

Flavor Profile

  • Aroma: Earthy, nutty, with hints of chocolate and spice

  • Body: Full and smooth

  • Acidity: Medium – well-balanced

  • Taste Notes: Cocoa, herbal tone, and mild sweetness

This combination makes Dempo coffee an excellent choice for espresso blends, filter coffee, or specialty roasting
